Agent skills are reusable workflow instructions, examples, resources, and optional scripts that help coding agents complete repeatable tasks reliably.

The workflow can be adapted for Codex, Claude Code, Claude Code coworkflows, Kimi Code, Kimi Work, Antigravity 2.0, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and other coding agents that can read context, follow instructions, run tools, or edit files.

They can plan clips, clean transcripts, generate captions, write edit notes, run scripts, check exports, and package review reports before a human approves the final edit.

They can research formats, select first-slide hooks, write slide-by-slide copy, create image sourcing notes, draft prompts, and validate the final storyboard.

They turn a creative brief into reusable prompts for images, video scenes, captions, voiceover, product demos, and social content variants.

They analyze hooks, transcripts, pacing, carousel structures, visual patterns, niches, and examples, then summarize patterns that can be adapted without copying.

Include when to use it, required inputs, resources, workflow steps, commands or scripts, expected outputs, quality checks, and human review gates.

The workflow can be portable, but each agent may need small changes for file location, command syntax, tool access, or project conventions.

Do not fully automate legal-sensitive claims, medical or financial advice, brand judgment, final publishing, or customer-facing guarantees without human review.
